2. Services

We provide mobile vehicle repair, diagnostics, servicing, tyre fitting, brake repairs, battery replacement, and related mechanical services at your requested location. Services are subject to:

• Availability of our technicians in your area
• Safe access to your vehicle at the dispatch address
• Technical feasibility of completing the work on-site
• Parts availability at the time of appointment

Service descriptions and prices shown on our website are indicative. Final pricing will be confirmed by our team before work begins. Prices shown exclude the cost of replacement parts unless otherwise stated.

3. Booking Process

3.1 Submitting a Booking

Submitting a booking request via our website does not constitute a confirmed contract. A booking is only confirmed once you have received direct confirmation from an Aryan Mobile Mechanics representative (by phone, email, or WhatsApp) acknowledging your appointment.

3.2 Your Responsibilities

When making a booking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact details, vehicle information, and dispatch address
• Ensure safe and legal access to your vehicle at the agreed time and location
• Notify us promptly if you need to change or cancel your appointment
• Be available by phone when our technician arrives (or ensure keys are left with a nominated person)

3.3 DVLA Lookup

Our website uses the official UK DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service API to retrieve vehicle data. We rely on the accuracy of the DVLA register. You are responsible for confirming that the registration number you enter is correct. We accept no liability for errors arising from an incorrect registration number.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Quoted prices are estimates only. The final price may vary based on the actual condition of the vehicle, parts required, and labour time on-site.
• We will always seek your authorisation before undertaking any work that materially exceeds the quoted estimate.
• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge provided you give us at least 12 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice may be subject to a callout fee of up to £25 to cover travel and scheduling costs.
• If our technician attends the agreed location and cannot access the vehicle through no fault of our own, the callout fee of £25 applies.

6. Parts and Warranty

• We source OEM-equivalent or matching-specification aftermarket parts from reputable UK motor factors.
• All parts supplied by us carry a 12-month parts-and-labour warranty from the date of fitting, unless otherwise stated at the time of service.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, or failure resulting from a pre-existing fault not related to the work we carried out.
• If you supply your own parts, we will fit them but cannot offer a labour warranty for those parts.

7. Liability

7.1 Our Liability

We will use reasonable skill and care in providing our services. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the price paid for that specific service.
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses (such as loss of earnings due to vehicle downtime).
• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle faults or damage not caused by our work.

7.2 Your Vehicle

You confirm that you are the registered keeper or have authority to authorise repair work on the vehicle. We accept no liability for repairs carried out on a vehicle where you did not have such authority.

7.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Our website is provided "as is". While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the content. Vehicle data retrieved via the DVLA API is sourced from the UK Government database and is displayed for informational purposes only.

The availability status, slot booking, and time-window indicators shown on our website are indicative and do not constitute a guaranteed appointment time until confirmed by our team.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services we provide shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
