Warranty-Safe Servicing
A common myth is that servicing outside a main dealer voids your manufacturer warranty. Under UK and EU block exemption regulations, you're legally entitled to have your car serviced by any qualified independent mechanic — as long as manufacturer-approved specification parts are used and the work is properly recorded.
We use OEM-spec parts and issue a full digital service record after every job, so your warranty and resale value stay protected.
What to Expect on the Visit
We ask for your reg and mileage upfront and quote the correct oil grade and filter for your engine before arriving, rather than fitting a generic spec that could void an existing warranty. Interim services cover oil, oil filter, and a fluid and visual safety check; full services add air filter, pollen filter, spark plugs where due, and a wider 25-point inspection.
Every service includes a check of tyre tread and pressures, brake wear, suspension components, lights, wipers, and battery health — so you find out about a developing fault while it's still cheap to fix, not after it leaves you stranded. Anything found is explained and priced separately; we never carry out extra work without your sign-off first.
All work is logged and stamped so your service history stays intact for warranty and resale purposes — the same as a main dealer stamp, just carried out at your kerb instead of a workshop.
